How MuslimFin Family Office (Pty) Ltd handles information in this calculator release. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Contact and scope
MuslimFin Family Office (Pty) Ltd is responsible for this app. For privacy questions or access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you send to support, contact ali@muslimfin.co.za. The calculator does not keep an account or saved calculation that we can retrieve.
Calculator information stays local
The app may temporarily process amounts, asset categories, entered metal prices and sources, ownership selections, family composition and calculated results. It does so on your device while the calculator screen is open.
No account, profile or sign-in is offered.
Calculator entries and results stay in component memory while the relevant screen is open.
The app does not save calculation history or create a cloud backup.
The current source includes no advertising, behavioural tracking or product-analytics SDK.
Leaving the calculator screen or closing the app clears that scenario.
Because MuslimFin does not receive or retain a calculation record from this release, it cannot retrieve or restore a cleared calculation.
Share Results opens a review of the exact text before you choose a destination. The phone’s share sheet can offer installed messaging apps such as WhatsApp. The calculator does not send a summary automatically or keep a shared copy. Once you send or copy it, the receiving app or clipboard handles that text under its own privacy settings.
The app, website and support are different contexts
Apple and Google may independently process information when you download, update or review an app and may provide aggregated store reports to the publisher. Their own privacy notices and account settings apply.
The hosted website needs your device to request pages. Its hosting provider may process technical access or security logs, including IP address, requested page, time and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The calculator website has no product-analytics or advertising SDK. For hosting-log access or deletion questions, contact us and we will assess the request with the provider.
If you voluntarily email support, the email service will process the contact details and message you choose to send. Calculator values are not attached automatically.
The optional Tazkiya Takaful quote button opens a separate online form hosted through DNA Supersystems. The app does not add estate amounts, family details or calculated results to the link. If you choose to enter contact or quote information there, that form handles it separately from the calculator. Review the form’s privacy information before you submit anything; you do not need a quote to use either calculator.
Adults and school distribution
This release is designed for adults managing or learning about estate and household Zakah scenarios. It does not create child accounts or ask for a child's identity. School and nonprofit sessions should be led by responsible adults and use fictional examples.
Your choices and future changes
You can leave a calculator screen or close the app to clear its temporary scenario; we do not keep a copy to delete later.
If you email support, ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence, subject to applicable retention duties.
Apple, Google, the website host and your email provider handle their own service data under their notices and retention practices.
Do not send real household details or identity documents in a support report if a fictional example will do.
Scope: app version 0.1.0. Any future feature that adds accounts, saved history, analytics, advertising or data transfer will require an updated notice and store declarations.
